You still have time to sew a quick gift for a little one in your life. I love these fast, fun patchwork eggs. The free tutorial by RetroMama has such cute photos. Some of you may recognize these prints. One in the back is a scrap from one of Cheetah Velour‘s dress. Mine aren’t perfect, but since my nephew is only just over six months old, I don’t think he will notice. I plan to make another set as decoration for my Easter Brunch.
An old favorite pattern is the free Wee Wonderfuls Bunny. I’ve made a few of these with fabric from old clothing and they came out super cute. Sew Mama Sew, a site that I absolutely love, posted a link to a super cute Spring Chicken free pattern. They also have a whole post dedicated to Easter crafts.
I have been quiet lately due to spending lots of time on my day job, but I have next week off, lots of knitting and sewing to finish up and post, and a vegetarian Easter brunch to prepare for and photograph. Hope everyone who celebrates Easter has a very blessed holiday.
