I am well on my way to my goal of knitting 6 pairs of socks this year. I have finished these, and I’m going to cheat a little with my second pair by simply completing a second sock that has languished for over a year. I used Sliver Moon Farm Superwash 50 gram sock yarn (fingering weight) and size 0 needles. They came out a little big for me actually. I wish I had reduced the repeat width wise by one (6 sts) and reduced the heel as well. By the end of the day wearing these, they were sagging a little by my ankles. Overall though, I love how the pattern shows off the handdyed yarn. Of course, there’s one or two more photos on the Ravelry page.
Next week, look for some photos of presents that I am sending out today! I can’t wait for the recipients to receive the items so then I can share with you all.
