Hope everyone enjoys St. Patrick’s Day! I tested out my new mini-loaf pan for some Irish Soda Bread. I use the recipe from the Secrets of Jesuit Breadmaking book by Brother Rick Curry. I have never been disappointed with any of the bread recipes in this book. They are not fancy, but simple to do and consistently good. I think I will celebrate by having a big piece for breakfast with some grape jelly made by Dawn of Interfaith Notes. Following up with some good Irish music, of course.
