We at Paper Dolly Girl do eat real food. Sometimes. It’s not only desserts every single day. I actually made squash enchilladas with a homemade tomatillo sauce on Saturday. The photos looked like green sludge. All that work – I even had to google to find out what a tomatillo was – and not one decent photo to share.
This peach walnut bread happened because I had some peaches that weren’t sweet enough for eating. I adapted it from the Eating Well Berry Almond Bread recipe. It was mostly whole wheat flour, not a ton of sugar or fat. It came out very well! I will definitely be using their quick bread mix in the future and adapting it to include whatever’s in the fruit bin.
